The Enchanted Pastures trail takes you into a world of dreams, pleasure, and enchantment. But who is this character?...Could it by any chance be Merlin the wizard? Yes, it is him! At the top of Montalbert gondola you will discover a path into the wonderful world of fairyland. All along the route you will come across curious characters (sculpted using a chainsaw), as well as noticeboards that will teach you the fabulous tales and legends of our mountains. Go to the top of Montalbert gondola 1/ Go down towards the reservoir 2/ Follow the directions on the signposts 3/ The trail starts 900m from the top of the gondola, just after Les Grenouilles lake (a small lake after the chalets, near the picnic area)
