Nos biscuits sont produits sur place, au cœur du village de caractère de Jaujac, nous choisissons nos matières premières avec soin et n'ajoutons aucun conservateur.
Nous privilégions le plus possible les produits du terroir pour nos créations : farine de châtaigne Bio et AOP, farine de blé régionale, tomme de Mazan, Picodon Bio et AOP, miel des montagnes ardéchoises, herbes aromatiques bio locales, myrtilles fraîches du plateau...
