The Domaine Laurent Fayolle is a family-run winegrowing estate in the village of Gervans, close to the viewpoints. Laurent and his sister Céline represent the 6th generation of winegrowers. We work with 10 hectares of grapevines, on the hillsides of the appellation. From our wine tasting cellar, you'll be able to see our vaulted cellar, which is where our various vintage wines are aged. Finally, visitors can sample our range of wines from selected vine plots.

From 02/01/2022 to 31/12/2023 Opening hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 9.30 am and 12.30 pm and between 1.30 pm and 5 pm. Closed exceptionally on January 1st, Easter Monday, Feast of the Ascension, Whit Monday, May 1st, May 8th, July 14th, August 15th, November 1st, November 11th and December 25th.
