The vineyards have been extensively restructured, the new vines are planted over more than 20 hectares and are combined with vines that are over 50 years old.
This mixture of vines allows us to achieve a better balance by encouraging the various different expressions of our terroirs with mainly granitic soil for the “Cru” i.e. Fleurie (pink granite) and clay-limestone for the Beaujolais, Beaujolais-Villages and Bourgogne.
The wines are very carefully aged on the domain using a method that combines tradition and modernity to bring out the very best from the vines.
This is how we are able to bring you wines that regularly receive recognition and awards for their quality.
