Kayaking, the most technical of all whitewater disciplines, requires a few hours of practice before taking to the river unsupervised. The activity can be accompanied by an instructor or you can simply rent the equipment. A full range of kayaks allows everyone, whatever their level, to find a stable and comfortable boat, which is the right size for them.
