INSIDE A semi-detached house comprising: - 1 lounge with wooden furniture, sofa bed (sleeps 2) and a fully-fitted open plan kitchen (electric hot plates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, TV, DVD player and MP3 radio). - 2 separate bedrooms with oak floors and 160 cm beds. - 1 separate bedroom with oak floors containing 1 bunk bed and 2 single beds (4 x 90 beds). - 1 separate WC on the ground floor. - 1 first-floor bathroom with shower, wash basin and WC. - 1 mezzanine with oak floors and wooden furniture, sofa bed (sleeps 2). - 1 terrace and a covered yard, totalling 40 m², south-facing, plus additional grounds. Kitchenware for 12 people. Beds have duvets and pillowcases; sheets can be provided at a cost of €6 per person. Oil fired central heating. Two fold-up beds for young children are available on request.
