As the locals like to remind you, le Col d'Ornon is everything but a ‘ski factory’: almost no queues, no rush hour, no stress... Still, the resort is not lacking on the glide aspect : the skiing area goes up to 1900 metres and its main black piste has one of the toughest slopes in Oisans. Also, once you are down the piste, you get back up the mountain almost instantly ! One thing on which Col d'Ornon has almost no competition are the prices: you can ski for just 12€ a day ! A suitable destination for skiers, and others !
