Large studio of 32 m2 designed for 1 or 2 persons, for 3 it is already smaller.
17th century building: 4th floor without elevator.
Living room with open plan kitchen: 1 sofa bed for 2 pers. 140x200 (really comfortable with its 18cm thick mattress with shape memory foam), 1 real bed 1 pers. 90x200, soundproofing window.
Bathroom: shower, heated towel rail. Electric heating (gentle heat), fans in summer.
Rental for 3 weeks and more, except special cases.
43€ per day for 3 weeks.
38€ per day for 4 weeks and more.
Extra discount in July and August.
The price includes: charges (heating, electricity, telecom), supply of linen. The price does not include the tourist tax.
I usually offer my hosts to pick them up at the station with my car, when they arrive by train or with the shuttle from the airport. Same for the return. A little "more" that I enjoy offering. Possibility to park your car in the Covered Parking of the Museum: very economic resident rate of 65 € per month.
Sheets, towels and household linen are provided. Beds are ready upon arrival. I leave all the linen in duplicate in the studio.
