The Institut Lumière movie theatre was created in the hangar where the first film was shot. In those days it was the largest photographic plate manufacturing factory in Europe. Its programme includes retrospectives, special films, as well as weekly meetings with film directors and professionals. The screen is 13 metres long and 5.80 metres high.
