Description
In brick, bottle, tube or powder... where does the milk we consume every day come from? What are the transformations that this precious liquid will undergo in order to be preserved for longer? These are all questions that we will try to answer through an approach that is both entertaining and scientific.
Topics covered: definition of the cow and its lactation cycle, milk components and heat treatments, dairy products from cows and other animals in the world, tasting and observation of milk characteristics.
Organisation: animation alternating between group activities (5 groups maximum) and reflections all together.

All year round, daily except on January 1st, Easter Monday, November 11th and December 25th.

Tarifs
Group children: from 4.50 € (5 € per child if the group has less than 20 children.).
Free of charge: 3 accompanying adults per class.
