Gîte (160m2) arranged on 3 levels in an old renovated chalet-type farm also including another accommodation on the ground floor.
Each has its own private entrance. Independent entrance on the ground floor: entrance hall with storage, wc with laundry area.
On the 1st: fitted kitchen open to large living room and lounge area (sofas, TV, wood stove), bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x200cm, TV, bathroom with shower), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x200cm, TV, bathroom) water with shower), separate wc.
2nd: bedroom 3 (1 bed 140x200cm + 1 bed 90x200cm, bathroom with shower and toilet), bedroom 4 (1 bed 140x200cm + 1 bed 90x200cm, TV, bathroom with shower and toilet).
Sheets are included. Wi-Fi Internet (Box). Balcony, covered terrace with garden furniture (bench, armchairs, coffee table).
Parking in the courtyard in front of the entrance to the gîte or in the garage (possibility of storing your skis, bicycles, motorbikes).
Center of Samoëns 5 minutes on foot: shops, restaurants, botanical garden, ice rink...
Skiing: Grand Massif Express gondola at 1.4km (shuttle stop at 150m). In summer: hiking trails nearby.
Many hikes in the Fer-A-Cheval nature reserve 12km away.
Samoëns swimming pool 2 km away. Blue lake of Morillon 5.5km (swimming in summer, tree climbing, ponies...).
Chamonix, Annecy and Geneva about 1 hour by car.
