For the past 20 years, Changez d'Air has offered a varied program of discovery at the foot of the Alps, the Mediterranean islands and long-distance hiking trails such as Compostela, Stevenson and St Ghuilhem. But also "gourmet hikes" days where the discovery of a nearby region often little known and a good meal at a good local table. Also the Nordic walking activity is offered for a more sporty side and getting back into shape.
