Located in the district of La Griaz, in Les Houches, 6 km from Chamonix.
Bus stop and some shops (restaurant, tobacco and newspaper shop, gas station, sports store) at 5 mn walk and supermarket at 10 mn walk. Bellevue cable car at 1,5 km and Prarion cable car at 2,5 km. Tourchet beginner's domain at 5 mn walking distance.

On the ground floor, a bathroom with large bathtub and separate toilet and a shower room with toilet on the first floor.
2 living rooms in a large room with central fireplace (glass insert on all sides), television, DVD, home cinema.
Balcony and terrace of 20m2 overlooking garden. Garden furniture and Weber gas barbecue.
Laundry room with washing machine and freezer. Ski room.
Baby bed and high chair on request.

Lodging managed by a private individual. The contact of the owner will be communicated to you in your reservation confirmation.

A transport card will be given to you when you enter the apartment allowing you to move freely on the BUS and TRAIN network of the Chamonix valley.
