In a beautiful luxury chalet composed of 3 apartments (one per level), quality services for this cottage of 54m ² for up to 6 people. Apartment on the ground floor level from the access from the back of the chalet (another apartment is located on the lower level and one upstairs). Entrance common to the 3 apartments.
Entrance hall with cupboard, integrated kitchen open to the living room, access to the balcony-terrace (view of the track in winter) by a large bay window. 3 bedrooms 1 bedroom (1 bed 150x200cm), bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x200cm), small bedroom 3 (2 beds 80x190cm bunk). From bedroom 1, access to the private terrace. bathroom with shower, basin on furniture, wc. + 1 independent toilet with washbasin.
Sheets, towels and cleaning are included (except kitchen to put away).
Balcony and private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs.
Private garage closed for 1 car (maximum height 1.90m) in the basement with local arrangement skis in the garage, which can acillir also 4/5 bikes in summer.
Ski (Portes du Soleil ski area): La Turche ski lift next to the chalet, back to the ski-in ski-out chalet. Shuttle stop at 100m. Les Gets: cross-country skiing, shops, mountain biking, golf, paragliding, numerous hikes (departure from the cottage), leisure center of Lake Ecoles (1km) with aquatic area, beach. Village center 1km. Thonon-les-Bains (spa town), Lake Geneva 38km. Multipass member owner.
