In a quiet area with a fantastic view of the Giffre Valley, come and enjoy a holiday with family or friends in this superb chalet for 10 to 14 people.

On the ground floor of the chalet, there's a spacious living area, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, onto a dining area with a big table to seat 14 (photos of furniture are non-contratual - the living area and bedrooms are currently being refurnished) and a lounge area in the corner.
Thanks to the big French windows and sheltered patio, you can enjoy a magnificent view and the superb sunsets.

Layout of the Chalet:
Upstairs (for 6 to 10 people):
- 2 bedrooms with a double bed and sofa bed in each
- 1 master bedroom (double bed and en-suite shower room)
- Bathroom with a bath and shower
- 1 separate toilet

On the ground floor:
On the garden level there's a studio apartment (for 2 to 4 people). In this studio apartment there's an equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower, double bed and a sofa bed.

Summer and winter activities:
In winter, come and enjoy the Grand Massif ski area (Morillon, Samoens, Flaine, Les Carroz, Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval). The Grand Massif ski area is easy to access (just a few minutes' drive to the first ski lifts)
In the summer, there is a wide range of activities on offer: hiking, canoeing, lakes, mountain biking, walks, Via Ferrata, etc.

Extra information:
This chalet comes with concierge services including cleaning, household linen and a welcome kit (bin bags, toilet paper, sponge, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablet). These services are included in the rental cost, there are no extra charges.

Covid-19 special services

The Chalet will be completely disinfected after each rental period.
