Semi-detached chalet of 130m2 on the edge of the woods in a sunny area of Chamonix (Plaine des Praz).
The chalet is adjoining that of the owners. Each has its own private entrance.
Entrance to the gite at the rear of the chalet. On the 1st level (9 internal steps): fitted kitchen, large living room (sofas, TV, DVD, wood stove), bedroom 1 (1 bed 160cmx200cm, private bathroom with bath and toilet), separate toilet.
Upstairs, open mezzanine (bench, 2 beds 90x190cm, TV, library area), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 3 (1 bed 160x200cm, TV), bathroom with shower, separate wc.
In the basement: private garage, table tennis, laundry room. Wi-Fi Internet. Sheets are included as well as end of stay cleaning.
Balcony, South terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Large flat land.
Center of Chamonix, shops, Montenvers train and Aiguille du Midi cable car 2.5 km away.
Flégère cable car at 800m (Skiing in winter, hiking in summer). Shuttle at 150m. Cross-country skiing on site in winter.
Chamonix golf course (18 holes) at 800m. Gîte near the Chamonix-Argentière road.
Heating not included. Electricity: 800 Kw / week included in the price of the stay. Billing of additional Kw according to the pricing in force.
