Our beers are brewed with know-how, conviction and only one objective: the taste!
To make good beers, you need good ingredients: We select organic, quality ingredients and we do not use any artificial ingredients (flavourings, brighteners, etc.). This is enough to make beers with character!
Our beer is local, made as much as possible from raw materials produced and consumed in the region.
We brew the beers we like: light, fruity, with a real cereal taste.
Each recipe has been thought through in detail before the first BivouaK brews were released.
