The flat has been designed on the ground floor to be accessible to people with reduced mobility (preferably accompanied by a third person).
It is composed of : On the ground floor : - A living room (sofa bed) with a "mountain decor", - a fully equipped American kitchen - a bedroom with a double bed with en-suite bathroom with Italian shower and WC, - a terrace of about 15 m².
On the lower level : - two vaulted bedrooms with two single beds side by side, - a bathroom with shower and WC.
At 500 m you will find an "Intermarché" with a petrol station.
It is a quiet place while being close to the alpine ski resorts, and close to the cross-country skiing area of the Monolithe on the plateau of Sardières. In the summer it is the starting point for many hikes and a place for fishing.
