Small utility room with washing machine on the ground floor. Bed linen & utilities (electricity, heating) are included in rent. Outdoors : private enclosed garden with trees (grassy area), garden furniture, barbecue, paved area (parking available for 1 car). 200 m away : guests rooms & wine cellar of the son of the owners, tasting of the local wines can be arranged on demand.
