From the top of the Arrondaz chairlift, take the track alongside the Punta Bagna chairlift. Folllow the mountainside path to the Arrondaz Pass. From there, take the track on the left of the chairlift top booth and follow it for 1 km. On the hairpin bend, take the righthand track. Below the Pas du Roc Fort, take the earth track and follow it for about an hour until you reach the Fromagerie du Lavoir (cheese dairy occupying former barracks). Return to the resort via the Lavoir track.
