With its crossing balcony offering a magnificent view on the Mont-Blanc massif, this bright and sunny 3 room apartment of 63 sqm newly renovated and classified 4*, located in the center of Chamonix, on the second floor of a village house, offers a spacious living room with large windows opening onto a balcony with a Mont-Blanc view of 12 sqm, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with en suite shower rooms. It is equipped with a closed garage and a ski locker. Furnished with care, it offers plenty of storage space.

The apartment offers a breathtaking view of the Mont-Blanc.
Each room has its own private shower room (shower + sink).

In the center of CHAMONIX, avenue Michel Croz, this apartment allows you to walk and leave your car in the garage during your stay.
Free shuttles serve the resort and the nearby villages.

Possibility of providing baby equipment, on request: cot with extra mattress and mattress protector, booster seat.
Flat rate of 30 €/week. You just have to ask for it after reservation and reception of the Welcome Booklet.

For your comfort and sanitary safety, the housework is done by a specialized company between each rental; the sheets are provided and the beds are made upon your arrival.
