Apartment of 64 m2 with 2 bedrooms.
Located in Les Houches at 1010m atmosphere and charming village in the heart of the Chamonix valley, Griaz d'en-Haut area, 4 km from Chamonix. Sloping access (equipment needed in winter).
A parking place n° 2 is at your disposal in front of the apartment.
Shops at 1 km. Beginning slopes of Tourchet and bus stop at 600 m. Bellevue cable car at 2 km.

- Room 1 : double bed. First floor
- Room 2 : 1 double + 3 single beds. On the first floor, mezzanine under slope
For sanitary reasons, we ask you to bring your own bed linen.

On the first floor, the living room is equipped with a sofa, a flat screen television and has board games and access to the garden. The kitchenette is open to the living room and is fully equipped with a mini oven, a microwave oven, a toaster, a waffle iron, a coffee maker, fondue and raclette sets, as well as all kitchen utensils, a washing machine, a refrigerator and a freezer.

The bathroom has a shower, hair dryer, towel dryer and separate toilet.

A bedroom on the first floor with a double bed for 2 people. The apartment has a garden with an exceptional view of the Aiguille du Midi and the Mont Blanc range. The private garden is closed with garden furniture and barbecue.

On the first floor, the mezzanine is closed under an archway with 3 single beds (90cm) separated by a removable curtain and a double bed (160cm) and also includes a small toilet space (sink and WC). All beds are equipped with comforters and pillows.

The heating is electric and individual and all the openings are equipped with shutters.

In case of snow it is recommended to bring special equipment (chains for the car).

We accept vacation vouchers and 10% discount on your stay from three weeks of reservation.

We regret that we cannot accept your pets and this area is non-smoking.

Accommodation managed by a private individual. The contact of the owner will be communicated to you in your reservation confirmation.

A guest card will be given to you when you enter the apartment, allowing you to circulate freely on the BUS and TRAIN network of the Chamonix valley.
