L’appartement est louable le week-end, en dehors des périodes de vacances scolaires françaises, de 70 € à 160 €, draps compris, selon la période, la durée et le nombre d’occupants. La réservation d’un week-end est toujours soumise à notre validation pour éviter qu’elle entraîne une indisponibilité de l’appartement pour une semaine entière.

Location à la semaine
Le prix à la semaine est variable suivant la période de l’année, de 200 € à 650 €. Les réservations à la semaine se font du samedi au samedi durant les vacances scolaires. Nous contacter pour un autre découpage éventuel hors vacances scolaires.

Informations générales sur la location
- Chaque appartement dispose de six couchages : un lit double dans une chambre séparée, un coin montagne avec deux lits superposés et une banquette convertible dans le salon, afin d’accueillir au choix deux couples ou un couple avec deux enfants. Le nombre maximal de personnes pouvant être accueillies est donc de quatre par appartement, malgré la présence de six couchages.
- Toute réservation ne sera confirmée qu’après paiement d’un acompte de 30% avec un minimum de 80 €. Vous pouvez le payer par chèque, par virement bancaire en prenant contact avec le propriétaire du chalet après votre réservation, ou par chèques vacances.
- Toute annulation réalisée jusqu’à deux mois avant le jour d’arrivée donne lieu à restitution intégrale de l’acompte.
