For more than 40 years, the famous Aosta cured ham has been produced in the small village of the same name in Isère, in the foothills of the Alps. It is in the heart of this green setting that the men and women of Aosta continue to produce Aosta cured ham in accordance with tradition. Discover also the range of sausages and regional products.

From 01/01 to 31/12/2023, every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Closed exceptionally on January 1st, Easter Monday, Feast of the Ascension, Whit Monday, May 1st, May 8th, July 14th, August 15th, November 1st, November 11th and December 25th.
