Description

Considered as an "active meditation", the Afghan walk practiced at the beginning by nomads on the high plateaus, allows to combine relaxation, relaxation and a better management of its effort in mountain.
With the help of some breathing exercises, you are invited to walk faster and further without tiring yourself !
