A rejuvenating half-day where the forest ensures a certain relaxation and encourages you to let go. Let the trees touch you
Each participant is invited to bring in a small backpack : a cup for the herbal tea ceremony, a bottle of water, tissues, a sheet of paper or notebook and a pencil, a square of cloth (fouta type) or other to sit in the forest.
Bring soft, warm clothing and shoes suitable for walking.
