Under his leadership, a bistronomic cuisine of contemporary and local inspiration, as refined as it is generous: wild garlic, saffron from Auris, walnuts, honey, flowers and endemic plants decorate his creations... a menu where revisited classics, local products terroir and seasonal for a gourmet alchemy.
The menu-carte offers to compose your menu by freely choosing two, three or four courses from a high quality gourmet menu.
Dinner under the stars with the Alpine peaks as a backdrop: Live a unique experience, a romantic or festive evening in our glass and wood bubbles, delicately placed on the terrace. Summer or winter – the bubbles are heated – take advantage of this moment as magical as it is friendly, to savor the Chef's gourmet cuisine, with a wine selected by our sommelier… the sky and the snowflakes for witness!
The restaurant and its terrace are open to all, from the Signal road, a staircase leads you directly there (reservations recommended)
