wine-tasting cellar and shop. Domaine Le Fagolet is a family farm of 16 hectares run by Paul and Valérie Girard and the next generation his on its way with the son, Nicolas. Mostly planted on pentus granite slopes, the vineyards of Domaine Le Fagolet have worked with care and expertise to elaborate wines in line with consumers new expectations. Specialist of the vinification of Beaujolais Village, the domain is constantly changing with the aim to satisfy consumers current expectations. • Plots selections appeared, • at the wine cellar, ancestral methods are back, • the inputs of wine-growing region have reduced in a very important way. • cuvées without sulfur are now part of the range, • the arrivals of Crus Brouilly; Morgon, Chiroubles will continue to upgrade the range
Valorisation, respect, tenacity and ambition are the key words of the domain. The staff invites you to a visit the storehouse and barrel fermentation to discover all its range of wine. A tasting is proposed in a space provided. It is embellished with a mâchon and a diaporama explaining the work in the vineyard and the vinification methods of the domain.

From 02/01 to 31/12 Opening hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 9 am and 6 pm. On Sunday between 11 am and 6 pm.
