A sunny terrace with Weber barbecue and garden furniture awaits you.
On the ground floor you will find a large fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, hob, oven etc ...) with access to the sunny terrace and to the dining room.
Upstairs a comfortable lounge awaits you: sofa, armchairs, DVD player, stereo, books, board games and toys await you. There is also a separate toilet on this floor.
On the first floor, you will find a suite (with a view on a garden) and a children bedroom (church view) composed of three one-person beds.
The second floor is composed by a suite (overlooking the church tower) and a children bedroom (overlooking the garden) with a 140cm wide bed and a one-person bed.
There are many swimming spots nearby:
- Indoor and outdoor pool with a 25 meters pool and slides, only fifteen minutes from the house (Swimming pool La Perle d'Eau) - River spot less than a kilometer away - Lakes ...
Many natural sites awaits you nearby: Païolive Woods, Mont Gerbier de Jonc, Madeleine and Pont d'Arc caves, ...
All shops (bakery, bars, restaurants, butcher shops, tobacco, bank, etc ...) and medical center, pharmacy are within walking distance.

Our house welcomes you all year long, - during summer, you will enjoy many natural swimming and fishing spots, night markets, medieval shows in Largentière Castle, hikes, ...etc. - during spring, you will be able to admire the blossom of nature in our mountains, - during winter, you might want to enjoy skiing in the family Station of the Croix de Bauzon(only 40 km from Largentière) - and during autumn, this will be the perfect time to go mushrooms and chestnuts picking!
