Independent chalet of 62m² arranged on 2 levels located in winter at the edge of the slopes of Chinaillon. Privileged location in summer too, quiet area facing the mountains, departure of hiking trails.
The chalet is ideal for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children (for better comfort).
1st floor of the chalet: fully equipped kitchen open to living room (sofa, 100cm television, stereo equipment), access to the terrace and balcony.
Ground floor: entrance hall of the chalet, bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), small bedroom 2 (2 bunk beds 90x190cm), small bedroom 3 (2 twin beds 80x190cm that can create 1 double bed), shower room (walk-in shower), separate wc. Washing machine.
Private wooden terrace, in winter the slopes run along the property (pass in front of the terrace), garden furniture (forest table), deckchairs, electric barbecue, awning. Ski locker. Private parking on site in summer (gravel path on the last few meters), parking 80m away in case of snow. View of the mountains and the village of Chinaillon
Skiing: Grand-Bornand/Chinaillon slopes on site. Shuttle stop at 100m. Center of the village of Chinaillon (shops, restaurants) 5min walk. Center of Grand-Bornand (swimming pool, ice rink, shops, activities...) at 6km. Thones 18km. Lake Annecy (swimming) 32km, Annecy 40km. Many hikes from the cottage.
