Cottage of 79m2 on the 2nd floor of an authentic country farmhouse completely renovated, also including another cottage (1st), and the housing owners (ground garden).
The farm is terraced with housing occupied year-round (which has its own access).
Common entrance for the 2 lodgings on the back of the farm (common hall). Access to the cottage is from an internal staircase.
In the gite: vast clearing with tidying up, integrated kitchen opened on stay (Tv, canapanquette convertible clic-clac 130cm), room 1 (1 bed 140x190cm + 1 bed 90x190cm), room 2 (1 bed 140x190cm), room of water (shower), separate wc.
Possibility to rent sheets and towels. Ski and bike storage common to both apartments. Private forest table next to the pool.
Large plot around the farm with garden, petanque and heated pool from June to September.
Center of Marignier and trade with 3km. Ski areas: Morillon (Grand-Massif) at 16km, Less / Morzine at 19km, Mont-Saxonnex family ski resort at 13km or Sommand / Praz de Lys 22km.
50 minutes by car: Annecy (old town and lake), Geneva and Lake Geneva (beaches), Chamonix. Thermes de Saint-Gervais 35km. Stay of 3 weeks: -10%.
