Less than 20 km from Lyon, 'Domaine de la feuillade' is a lovely residence dating from the 16th century with 2 character gites and 1 lodging (all located upstairs, with separate entrance). In the village of Messimy, at the heart of the Coteaux du Lyonnais, guests will enjoy both to be close to the city and the countryside. Furnished studio apartment for 2 people, on 1st floor : open plan living room (kitchen & dining areas, sleeping area with 140 cm bed). Shower room (shower, washbasin) including Wc. Cot on request. Bed linen & towels supplied free. Warm/cool system. On the ground floor : shared laundry room with washing machine & tumble drier. Outdoors (shared with owners living on site) : enclosed extensive grounds with trees. Heated swimming pool (12m x 3m) available from 10H to 20H and from early May to late October. Shady pergola shared with the 2 gites, plancha, garden furniture, outdoor table, parking. Extra bed : 10 euros/night. The 2 gites can be booked jointly for gatherings (6 people in total). Specific rates from 08 January 2022 and 07 January 2023 (except in July & August) : 460 euros for a two-weeks stay, 590 euros for a three-weeks stay, 660 euros for a four-weeks stay.
