Apartment of 63m2 on the 1st floor of the house of the owner. Common entrance on the back of the house (access to the house by an internal staircase).
The cottage consists of a large integrated kitchen, a living room with fireplace, TV, sofa bed trundle (offering 2 extra beds 80cm can be twinned in 160cm), a room with 1 bed 140x190cm, and a bathroom (shower) with separate toilet.
Small south-west balcony facing the mountains with table, 2 armchairs and parasol. Intert wifi. Parking in the property (portal). Stay 3 weeks -10%.
Possibility to rent sheets. Center of Passy and all shops at 4km. Thermes de Saint-Gervais / Le Fayet, fitness at 6.5km.
Saint-Gervais / Megève ski area 10.5km away (via the Bettex gondola lift). Family resort Plaine-Joux 12km (downhill skiing, cross-country skiing).
Base of leisure of Passy with 2,5km (summer swimming, accrobranche, karting ...). Many hikes nearby in summer at Plaine Joux or in the nature reserve of Passy.
Chamonix Mont-Blanc at 23km, Megève 15km.
