Ideally located 10 minutes from Vienne and 40 minutes from Lyon, the Gîte de la Barbelière is a big, beautiful 150m² house built in Dauphiné style using a rammed earth technique. With excellent exposure, the gîte includes a large, west-facing and sunny patio. Access to the house is through an attractive courtyard providing peace and quiet. On the ground floor, a 50m² room includes a living room with fireplace, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. This is a group gîte with a capacity for 14 people. It has 4 bedrooms (for 3 or 4 guests in single beds). All the bedrooms are upstairs and are equipped with a private bathroom. When you arrive, you will find the beds made and the towels all ready in the bathroom. A fully equipped meeting room is also available.
