Description

Gîte (64m2) on one level in a renovated country farmhouse also including another cottage (semi-detached).
Each cottage has its own private entrance. Atmosphere and authentic and warm decoration - natural setting without any nuisance.
Integrated kitchen open to living room (sofa bed offering a comfortable extra bed 140x190cm, TV, wood stove), bedroom 1 (2 beds 90x200cm, TV), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm, TV), bathroom communicating water with 2 bedrooms (Italian shower, washing machine).
Sheets are included. Garden furniture (table and chairs), parasol, deckchairs, plancha.
Access to the cottage in winter: 10 minutes on foot, or from the ski slopes. The owner carries luggage and food on arrival.
Access in summer: by forest road on 800m (parking behind the house).
Snack owners on site (open seasonally).
Megeve center town, Sports Palace (swimming pool, ice rink, well-being...) at 5km. Golf at 3km. Chamonix at 1h00 by car.
