Fine-dining restaurant serving healthy, local and gourmet cuisine, right in the centre of the medieval town of Crémieu. The menu changes according to the months and the seasons, and the chef takes inspiration from the produce on offer. This is all thanks to a close working relationship with many Auvergne Rhône-Alpes producers who are keeping traditional know-how alive and are committed to providing us with high-quality produce every day. The menu is limited to ensure we can work with fresh produce and groceries from organic farming and sustainable agriculture. We strive to contribute to our local economy, our community and our surrounding environment. We also use products from elsewhere, but we select them carefully according to their origin and how they were produced.

All year round Service schedule on Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 12 pm and 1 pm and between 7.30 pm and 8 pm. On Sunday between 12 pm and 1 pm.
