Beautiful benefits for this gîte of 80m ² warmly decorated. The apartment is arranged on the raised ground floor (5 steps) of an old traditional farmhouse completely restored including also 2 other gites. Independent entrance by the private terrace of the lodging.
Entrance hall, separate kitchen with dining area, living room (2 seater convertible sofa, TV, DVD player, etc.). 2 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 double bed 140cm, access to the terrace), bedroom 2 (2 beds 90cm twin can create 1 double bed), bathroom with large shower, washing machine, separate WC.
Private terrace with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs, barbecue. Courtyard, parking. Access by road for 800m. Farm on site (goats, donkeys ...) without nuisance. Mandatory equipment in winter.
All shops in Faverges 10km or Thônes 14km. Skiing at the family resort of La Sambuy 15km,les Aravis (Le Grand-Bornand, La Clusaz or Manigod - Col de la Croix Fry) 22km, Lake Annecy in Doussard 18km. Annecy 32km. Giez Golf course 14km. Numerous walks nearby.
Pet allowed under certain conditions (must be kept on a leash). Owner also has 2 other gites in the same house (references 234017 and 234018). Reduction 10% for 3 consecutive weeks.
