Gîte of 63m2 on the 1st floor of an old, completely renovated farmhouse, including 2 other gîtes (on the ground floor and 2nd floor), and the owners' accommodation with their own independent access.
Common entrance with the 2 other gites: entrance hall, fitted kitchen open to living room (sofa, TV), bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 2 (2 twin beds 90x200cm), bathroom (shower), wc independent. Floor heating.
West balcony (with furniture) and East, common ground on the garden level. Sheets are provided (beds made on arrival). Shared parking 20m from the house (access by steps).
Common cellar (storage for skis and bicycles). Lake Annecy, beaches, cycle path 12km, old town of Annecy 14km. Hikes in Parmelan (nearby), or on the Glières site 19km away.
Shops at 2.5km (village centre). In winter: Aravis ski areas 30km away (35 minutes): La Clusaz / Le Grand Bornand. Geneva, airport 40 minutes away. 10% reduction for 3 consecutive weeks.
