Description
A suspended hour, where participants are cut off from the world in a place that bears witness to a monastic life, marked by simplicity. The practice of gentle yoga movements as an introduction will allow the body and mind to connect and will lead the participants into a state of calm, allowing them to be silent and to perceive the murmur that resides in each person. The mediation at the end of the session will take the form of a walk in the cloister, between history and a gradual return to the modern world.
