In the 15th century, Maître Chiquart, the father of French cuisine, used to treat the guests of the Château de Ripaille.

Come and taste with your ears, your taste buds and your eyes during this day where tastes and sounds mingle and harmonize. Music has its flavors, sometimes sweet or spicy.
The harmony of food and sounds is at the rendezvous and it is Nelson Montfort who will make us discover the universe of Maître Chiquart.
