The bed is 160 but easily removable during the day with a mechanism that helps hiding it effortlessly into the wall, where it fits like a trim. It then gives you a large, airy and bright room during the day! Very warm environment with carpetting. Calm and quiet, according to the previous tenants' accounts. No noise from the neighbors. The tenant of the apartment also enjoys a large common room of receipt on ground floor, with sofas and armchairs. A round painted wooden table along with 4 upholstered chairs are at disposal for the meal. The furniture is coordinated. TV, DVD player, HIFI, radio, video library.
