This third restaurant is a showcase of the best "carnotzets" in the region, which skiers always appreciate after effort. Beaufort soufflé, Aravis salad, Savoyard Farçon or even grilled meats, are all dishes to savor alongside the essential fondues and raclette available in various versions including black truffle. Here, brick walls, rosé table services, fondue pots and ovens are reminiscent of deep Savoy.
