The “Toqués des Toques” project came as a no-brainer. A natural mix between my personal life and my job. My sensitivity to this subject started from my nest, my daughters and their dad have TOCS (obsessive compulsive disorder), a disease which in extreme cases is a daily handicap. With us, from year to year, methods such as listening, humor and love have succeeded in reducing them, even stopping them. Spontaneously, I wanted to combine my passion, my profession, by bringing together two worlds of creation: artists and the world of cooking. Influenced by a dad cook, pastry chef, whom I saw dancing with happiness in front of his stoves and using his utensils as instruments. Do not we say a PIANO! The initiative was enthusiastically welcomed by the artists accompanying me. And what a pleasure to be able to meet passionate chefs.
