The chalet is part of a set of 14 chalets with parking, garage, and condominium tennis. The gîte is adjoining a secondary residence.
Very nice view of the Rochebrune massif and the Praz-Sur-Arly valley.
Independent entrance from a few external steps:
On the raised ground floor (main level): living room/lounge (fireplace, sofa, TV), integrated kitchen area (small area), bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bathroom (shower), separate wc.
Access to the lower level of the chalet (ground floor), from an internal staircase (steep), or from the outside (summer): bedroom 2 (1 bed 1 140x190cm), hallway with integrated storage, bathroom ( bath, wc), giving access to a laundry/technical room.
The ceiling height of the lower level is 2 meters.
On the 1st floor: open mezzanine (2 beds 80x190cm), giving access to a very attic bedroom (1 bed 160x200cm).
Possibility to rent sheets and towels. Wi-Fi internet.
Private closed garage in the basement, 80m from the chalet. Tennis and condominium parking at 80m. Possibility of unloading in front of the chalet (except in winter from 01/12 to 01/05).
The Megève/Praz-Sur-Arly road is located about 60m below the chalet.
Center of Megève 2km away (5 minutes by car): shops, restaurants, casino, and Palais des Sports (swimming pool, ice rink, wellness area, etc.).
Skiing 2km away in winter (Jaillet gondola, Chamois gondola). Praz-Sur-Arly ski area 3.5km away. Saint-Gervais thermal baths 16km away.
In summer: swimming facing Mont-Blanc in the biotope lake of Combloux 7km away, or Lake Flumet 10km away.
Many hikes nearby all seasons.
Chamonix 45 minutes by car, Lake Annecy 1 hour away.
