Shower room (shower, double washbasin on cupboard, heated towel rail, washing machine). Independent WC. Sheets - bed linen and towels provided. End of stay cleaning included. Internet access by wifi. Home automation roller shutters throughout the apartment. Bike storage (in the garage on the right, accessible from the entrance courtyard/parking). Private parking on site closed by gate. Garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, accessible in the common courtyard. Entrance to the building secured by Vigik badge and intercom. Access to the apartment by a common stairwell with the other gîtes. Shops in Doussard (2km), restaurants nearby (near the tourist route around the lake). Greenway (tour of Lake Annecy) at 300m. Annecy at 20 km. Doussard beach and Bout du Lac nature reserve at 2.5 km (less than 10 minutes by bike), hang gliding at Col de la Forclaz at 15 km. Arrival time to be agreed with the owners between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. Reminder: a deposit is requested on arrival with an inventory.
