94m2 gîte with independent entrance, on the ground floor of a chalet-type house located in the heart of the hamlet of Verchaix.
The gite also includes the owners' accommodation (upstairs).
Entrance on one level: open hall, fitted kitchen open to living room (sofa, TV), sleeping area (blind, with convertible z-bench offering a 160x190cm bed).
The alcove gives access to bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm, integrated bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin), as well as a separate toilet and the laundry area.
Bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm, private bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet). Wi-Fi internet. Ski locker.
Large private terrace with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and SPA. Floor heating.
Sheets and end of stay cleaning are included (possibility to rent towels).
The cottage has a global layout facilitating access to people with reduced mobility. Public parking at the back of the gîte.
Shuttle 50 meters away in winter (access to the Morillon gondola and the Grand-Massif Express cable car in Samoëns). Small multi-sports ground 50 meters away.
