Gîte of 170m2 arranged on 3 levels in an old renovated country farm from the 18th century, also including another adjoining accommodation (secondary residence).
Independent entrance on one level, from the ground floor (parking level).
On the ground floor: entrance hall, large living room with integrated kitchen open to living room, bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, TV, bathroom with shower), separate toilet.
Upstairs: mezzanine open to the living room with TV area and children's games.
At garden level (-1 from the living room): bedroom 2 (2 x 2 bunk beds 90x190cm, TV, bathroom with shower), bedroom 3 (1 bed 160x200cm, TV, bathroom with shower), bedroom 4 (1 bed 160x200cm, TV, bathroom with shower, bath and wc), separate wc.
For your comfort, everything is included: sheets (beds made on arrival), towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
Balcony-terrace accessible from the kitchen, and giving access to the garden by an outside staircase: wooden garden furniture, parasol, gas plancha, deckchair, garden.
Access to the garden can also be made directly from the corridor on the ground floor.
Private parking spaces in front of the cottage. Private ski/bike room at the entrance of the gîte.
In winter: ski area 300m from the gite (Montjoie gondolas). The Lay return track is located 100m from the gîte. Cross-country skiing at 1km.
Ski school, supermarket (in season), 500m. Contamines-Montjoie village center at 1.5km (700m on foot, around 10 minutes): restaurants, shops, mini-markets.
In summer: the cottage is located at the start of several hikes: L'etape, Colombaz, Mont-Joly, and 1.5 km from the Gorge gondola.
Le Pontet leisure park 1.5 km away: summer swimming, horse riding, tennis, adventure trail, rock climbing.
Saint-Gervais swimming pool and ice rink 9km away. Saint-Gervais thermal baths 14km away (Le Fayet).
Megève 30 minutes by car, Chamonix 40 minutes.
