MAYA ALTITUDE, THE NEW UNMISSABLE RESTAURANT IN THE 3 VALLEYS Maya Altitude is a friendly restaurant-chalet with a warm warm and comforting atmosphere where people like to take refuge during on cold days. Its exceptional location alone is worth the diversions. By being located at 2,300 metres above sea level, right on the slopes of the world's largest ski area the world's largest ski area, the Maya Altitude enjoys a breathtaking view of the the Alps. Indeed, its vast terraces offer a 360-degree view of the Belleville Valley and the majestic peaks of Mont Blanc.
Inside, the cosy and colourful Himalayan and Tibetan-inspired and Tibetan inspiration was entrusted to the Hong Kong architect Sylvestre Murigneux who has worked on many of the Collection's projects, including the Refuge de la Traye.
With a capacity of up to 300 diners, the Maya Altitude's dining room is distinguished by the presence of an imposing Charcoal Grill, a butcher's block and a maturing cellar for the meats. The host, Nicolas Falcoz, will be delighted to show you the upmarket brasserie-style menu devised by Christophe Dupuy, the Executive Chef of the Maya Collection, in collaboration with Chef Stéphane Desprez. Although the menu focuses on Savoyard specialities, it has also been designed to introduce you to two exceptional cooking techniques, one in the charcoal oven and the other in the Tandoor oven. Whether it's for your fish, your meat or your vegetables, it's up to you!
To complete the picture, Maya Altitude has a festive atmosphere with live bands and DJs!
