Close to the lake, well equipped for your comfort and well-being. You will enjoy a house built in the 60's, a garden with table and chairs for your personal use, barbecue and swing.
A courtyard with gate will allow you to bring your vehicle in safely as well as a sheltered space behind the house to store your bikes.
Accommodation:
On your arrival, the beds will be made and you will have at your disposal, a tea towel, a bath mat and towels as well as some basic products, (toilet paper, dishwashing liquid...).
To avoid taking your car we can also, if you wish, lend you bicycles for your short trips such as shopping, going to the free and supervised beach at 900m or joining the city centre of old Annecy at 3km by the cycle track along the lake.
Swimming (unsupervised) 50m from the rental.
A bus stop linking Annecy to Albertville is located 100m from the house.
In July and August, arrivals and departures only on Saturdays.

Our accommodation is fully equipped with low energy light bulbs. The taps are fitted with aerators. Selective sorting is requested. Bicycles are available for your use.
