Located on the foothills of the Coiron massif, facing Mirabel with its tower and its basalt organs, dominating the Lussas vineyard, the characterful village of Saint-Laurent-Sous-Coiron appears perched like an eagle's nest for the visitor. .
Located in the heart of the village, this stone house offers a breathtaking view of the Ardèche mountains, the Albenassien basin and the southern Ardèche.
A covered terrace and a shaded courtyard facing west will allow you to enjoy the panorama offered as well as magnificent sunsets.
Away from the summer bustle, the tranquility of the place and the song of the cicadas during the hot hours of the day allow you to really let go.
Access to the accommodation, which is intended for 4 people, is from the street via an outdoor staircase. A beautiful view is worth it!
As a result, the gîte is unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility or young children.
The accommodation includes:

At the level of the courtyard, we provide you with a room with sofa and library. If necessary, you can store your bicycles.

• Bathroom: walk-in shower, sink, washing machine, hair dryer, etc.

The cottage being located halfway between the Ardéchois plateau and the famous gorges of the Ardèche, you can vary the pleasures depending on whether you are more idleness / beach, more sporty / hiking, older stones / visitor, or even gourmet / greedy.
